Delivery Area

Woofs & Waves’ delivery area includes the Sioux Falls city limits. So, in addition to shopping at Woofs & Waves’ convenient East Side location, you now have the ability to order online and choose for us to deliver your products or they will be ready for you to simply pick up in the store. The Delivery fee is FREE for orders over $99, otherwise it’s just $5.95.

Can I use manufacturers coupons when ordering online?

Not yet. Unfortunately, we have no way to process the coupons through the online ordering system.

So, in addition to shopping at Woofs & Waves’ convenient East Side location, you now have the ability to order online and choose for us to deliver your products or they will be ready for you to simply pick up in the store.

How does your service work?

1. Simply choose the products you wish to order. Feel free to browse our products if you’re looking for ideas, or simply type in exactly what you’re looking for in the search bar to find your item quicker.
   
2. Once you are ready to check out, it will prompt you to select your delivery method.  You can select "Pick up in store" (free), or Delivery  (free for orders over $50, $5.95 for orders $1-$49)
   


3. Enter your payment and delivery information or any special details you need us to know
about.

Delivery Schedule

  • Order before 10PM for next business day delivery!​ Deliveries made Monday through Saturday

  • In Store Pickup Orders will be available within two hours when placed during normal business hours. If placed after normal business hours, order will be available on the next business day.

4. We will e-mail you a confirmation as soon as your order is ready to be picked up or has been delivered!

I don’t see the item I’m looking for on your website.

Please call the store at 605-274-9663 and if we have the product in stock, we will get it put on the website ASAP so you can complete your order! If we don’t carry that product, we will surely check to see if we can get it for you!

Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?

No, you do not. If you have special delivery instructions, please include them in a note at checkout. If you live in a secure building or community, please provide instructions for us to complete your delivery.

We will also deliver to your workplace if you feel that may be more secure.

How do I know what day my products will be delivered?

Orders placed before 10PM will be delivered the following day, Monday through Saturday.  No deliveries will be done on Sundays.

How soon after placing my order for in store pick-up will my order be ready?

We will do our best to have your order available within the hour. However, if you need to pick up your order quickly, feel free to call the store and order over the phone at 605-274-9663 for a quicker pick-up time.

What happens if the wrong product is delivered?

We strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. If you are unsatisfied with the products delivered for any reason, please contact us and we’ll work with you to correct the situation promptly.

What is your delivery service area?

At this time, we are only delivering within the Sioux Falls, Brandon, Tea and Harrisburg city limits.

Do I earn points on my App Card rewards account?

We are sorry, but delivery orders are unable to earn our reward points at this time.

Do online purchases qualify for the frequent buyer programs?

Yes, if you are purchasing something that qualifies for a frequent buyer program offered at Woofs & Waves, we will ensure your product is recorded. Your free product/bag of food is only redeemable in-store.

Are there any items that you won’t deliver?

We are unable to deliver live goods, frozen supplies and aquariums.
